Do I need to be actively job searching to join?
No, and in fact the best time to join is when you are not searching. TDRN is designed for senior professionals who want to build a sustainable network over time, not just those in immediate transition. The members who get the most from the community are those who invest in it consistently while they are employed, so that when any opportunity or challenge arises, their network is already warm and active.

What does the networking framework actually teach?
The TDRN framework covers three stages: Design (mapping your ideal network, identifying the five relationship types every senior leader needs, and auditing your current gaps), Engage (activating both your internal network within your current organisation and your external network of peers, connectors and sponsors), and Nurture (building the habits and systems that keep your network active and reciprocal over the long term).

What is the founding member price lock?
The first 500 members join at £299 per year and that price is locked in permanently for as long as they remain members. Once those 500 places are taken, the annual price will increase for all new members. Founding members are never affected by future price changes.

Where are the in-person events held?
In-person events are held across the UK. Locations are confirmed well in advance and are selected to be accessible for members across the country. The events are deliberately curated for depth of connection, not volume of attendance.
